These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made directly through the Elada Stays website for our Gungahlin properties.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) has been received and a confirmation has been sent to you.
- Rates are dynamically priced and may vary by season and demand.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
House Rules
- No parties or events
- No smoking indoors
- Pets welcome by prior arrangement
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
Liability
Elada Stays is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your stay, except where required by law.
